#OnThisDay, 31 Jan 1967, John bought a framed victorian circus poster during a break in the filming of the promotional video for Strawberry Fields Forever. The poster was rewritten by John as the song Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite! from the Beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
