Today the Legacy Project celebrates the birth of legendary dancer and choreographer VASLAV NIJINSKY (Scheherazade, The Talisman, Giselle, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty). Often called the greatest male dancer of the early 20th century, Nijinsky was born on March 12, in 1890 in Kiev, Russia. The Legacy Project is proud to honor the LGBT heroes Russia works to erase.
