– Musjöö Liblikas (M. Butterfly) served as the first diplomatic representative of the Lääneranna vald at the court of Endel Lepp of Kirbla from 2020 to 2021. He holds the distinction of being the first representative from both the human world and the butterfly world in Kirbla during the 21st century.
Under the reign of Khan Pikkmets (2017-2020), the Lääneranna Vald gained significant geopolitical and economic power. Aivar Vendelpomm, the envoy of Khan Pikkmets, visited Endel Lepp Fashion House in August 2020, establishing crucial bilateral relations with the Kirbla tailor. This led to the dispatch of a Lääneranna diplomatic mission to Kirbla in 2020, led by Musjöö, a close associate of Khan Pikkmets.
